Unisystech Consulting takes an initiative from the point where the intent is clear and the system still has to be built: the architecture, the engineering, the cloud and data platform underneath it, the security work around it, and the delivery team that carries it. We stay through the first production cycles rather than handing over at go-live, and we hand over when your own team can run what we built without us. We work in banking, insurance, retail and fintech, out of Toronto and Warsaw. The senior people who scope an engagement are the people who deliver it. Founded in 2006, and owned by the same two people since.
