Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to the public pages of the site and to the forms on it. They do not govern consulting work, which is covered by a separate written agreement between Unisystech Consulting Inc. and each client.

Permitted use of the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their stated purpose: to contact us, to ask for an event notice, or to apply for a role.

You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or submit content, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its editing area, or the systems behind it;
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading, or that contains malicious code;
• Interfere with the operation of the site or place an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Unisystech Consulting Inc. or its licensors own the text, images, marks, and other material on the site. All rights are reserved.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You must not copy, republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute material from the site without our written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

You may link to the site as long as the link is not deceptive and does not imply an endorsement or association that does not exist. Do not use our logo without our permission.

Information on the site

The site provides general information about Unisystech Consulting and its work. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We give advice only under a written engagement.

Some engagement descriptions on the site are illustrative and are labelled as such. They show the shape of the work we do, not the outcome of a specific client project.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Third-party links and services

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Google Maps, and its forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. We do not control those services and do not endorse their content. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Careers submissions

When you apply for a role through the site, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share the résumé you upload.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a response, an interview, or employment. We handle applications and résumés as described in our Privacy Policy.

Event updates

If you ask to be notified about the next event date, we use your email address for a single notice when that date is confirmed, and for nothing else. This is a one-off notice, not a newsletter. You can ask us to stop at any time through the contact form.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://unisystechconsulting.com/privacy-policy explains what personal information the site collects and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the site and your use of it. The site and the information on it are provided free of charge. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the site, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

These limitations apply to liability arising in contract, in tort, including negligence, and for breach of statutory duty.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect when we post them on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the site after that date, you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about these terms or your use of the site will be heard in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
