The role
We are interested in Agile Delivery Managers who can help a technology team deliver in small, sustainable increments. You would facilitate planning and feedback, surface impediments and work with product and engineering leaders to keep priorities and capacity realistic. The focus is on team flow and learning rather than ownership of a fixed project baseline. This role-specific posting supports ongoing recruitment; assignment details would be discussed if an opportunity arises.
What you would work on
- Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives and day-to-day coordination so the team can inspect progress and adapt its next steps.
- Make work in progress, blocked items and external dependencies visible; help people agree owners and practical resolution paths.
- Work with product partners to clarify near-term outcomes, acceptance expectations and trade-offs when new requests affect delivery capacity.
- Use flow measures and qualitative feedback to identify delays, then support experiments that improve predictability without gaming metrics.
- Communicate progress, risk and decisions to stakeholders in language that reflects what has actually been delivered and what remains uncertain.
Essential experience
- Experience guiding an Agile technology team through planning, delivery, feedback and improvement, including difficult changes in priority.
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to address impediments without taking decisions away from accountable team members.
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or similar approaches and judgment about when a ceremony helps or burdens the team.
Useful additional experience
- Coordinating dependencies across teams, supporting distributed delivery or working alongside formal project governance.
- Coaching teams on flow, feedback and sustainable pace through evidence rather than relying on a single prescribed process.
What to include in your application
Send your résumé and describe a delivery situation where flow stalled. Explain what you observed, whom you involved, what changed and how you knew it helped. Include the team’s view of the problem and any decision you intentionally left with product or engineering owners. Please distinguish your own contribution from the team’s work. Apply to the Agile Delivery Manager posting so your résumé is linked to this role.
